Pattern and Syllabus for UPSC SCRA Exam

Group O (Noble gasses).

The e-Admission Certificate will be made available on the UPSC website for being downloaded by candidates. Atomic radii, Electro-negativity in period and groups.. Last date of receipt of UPSC SCRA application ( Only thru online ) : 7.11.2014.

It will be conducted by Union Public Service Commission in offline mode on 10 January 2016 at centers all over India.

The examination comprises written test in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English Language, General Knowledge, and Psychological Test (Mental Ability)

UPSC SCRA 2015 Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will coduct Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA 2015) Examination for selection of candidates for appointment in Mechanical Engineering Department of Indian Railways.

(f) must have passed the first year examination under the five year Engineering Degree Course of a University : Provided that before joining the Degree Course, he/she passed the Higher Secondary Examination orpre-University or equivalent Examination in the first or second division.
